 To the best of my (sellers) knowledge the puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale. To keep this guarantee in force, a licensed veterinarian of your choice must examine puppy/dog within 72 hours of the date of purchase. If you vet finds the puppy/dog in bad health, it must be returned immediately with a  certified statement (within 24 hours) from you vet for replacement. (NO CASH REFUNDS) Common parasites-fleas-ticks, worms, mites, coccidiosis, etc,  are not cause for replacement. We further guarantee this  puppy/dog for 7 days from the date of purchase against Parvo virus, distemper, hepatitis, lepto, and canine influenza. If your puppy/dog should contract any of the above mentioned diseases within 7 days, he must be returned immediately (within 48 hours) with a certified letter from your vet, stating the disease for a replacement. If a replacement is not available at the time of return, one will be made within a reasonable amount of time of the same breed, sex and color. Unless another agreement is made between the seller and buyer. A replacement puppy/dog will never be replaced by another breed, sex or color than the original puppy purchased.

     We also guarantee our puppy/dog for 1 year against hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with a pet’s ability to lead a normal life. In the event of such occurrence, we will replace your puppy/dog providing you supply us with a certified statement from your vet with test results and reports of said condition (within 48 hours of diagnosis).

         Buyer had read and understands this guarantee and acknowledges that no cash refunds or reimbursements will be given for puppy/dog or for any veterinary expenses. The initial examination must be done within 72 hours of purchase. If you fail to send the veterinarian reports to me within 48 hours of diagnosis, you will nullify this guarantee. The above guarantee constitutes the full guarantee provided by us. The seller makes no guarantee on size, temperament, merchantability or reproduction of puppy/dog.
